IMPERFECT/ DAMAGED BOOKS/SHORTAGES.
Customers are requested to contact Chapterhouse Books to arrange returns. In the case of an imperfect book, the customer may request a full refund or replacement, within 14 days of receipt of book. In the case of damaged books customers are requested to contact Chapterhouse Books within 5 working days of receipt of books. Any shortages or picking errors should be reported within 5 working days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
